Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a UX Writer to join the UX Writing and Content Design team within Marketing. You will craft clear, concise messaging for partner-facing and consumer flows, collaborating with PMs, designers and researchers.

Your work will be translated into 44+ languages and integrated across web and app experiences. You’ll be embedded across multiple product teams, participate in AI-related prompts and quality assessments, and contribute to scalable, futureproof copy that improves key

Qualifications

You are an excellent communicator and collaborator.
You have a portfolio that demonstrates your UX writing experience.
You have experience working on AI topics including prompting, quality assessment.
You are technically savvy, with an understanding of experimentation and deriving data and insights from quantitative and qualitative research.

Responsibilities

Write clear and concise messaging that considers the end-to-end user experience across product surfaces.
Collaborate with PMs, PMMs, UX designers, researchers and developers to align messaging.
Translate and localize copy for multiple languages and audiences, ensuring velocity and scale.
