Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a UX Writer II for Partnerships in Amsterdam. You will help set craft direction for our B2B ecosystem, collaborating with PMs, PMMs, and UX designers to shape partner-facing experiences and GenAI flows across web and app.

You’ll join a community of 70+ writers, with relocation support and a thriving UX org. You’ll translate complex topics into clear, scalable copy and partner with Marketing, Brand and Legal to deliver at velocity.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of UX writing experience, preferably in ecommerce or data-driven product teams.
Experience with AI topics including prompting and quality assessment.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Portfolio showcasing UX writing work across products.
Passion for users and ability to craft scalable, future-proof messaging.

Responsibilities

Write clear, concise copy across online channels and experiences to impact key metrics.
Coordinate with Language Specialists to translate concepts with context.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact and iterate.
Collaborate with UX Writers to align messaging across touchpoints.
Partner with PMs, designers, researchers and engineers to drive strategy through writing.
