Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a UX Writer II – Partnerships in Amsterdam to set craft direction for the B2B Partnerships ecosystem, including partner-facing experiences and AI flows. You will work across PMs, UX designers and writers to deliver scalable messaging and fast, high-quality iterations for global users and partners.

You will collaborate with marketing, brand and legal teams, while translating complex topics into clear, user-centric copy across web and app surfaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in UX Writing, including e-commerce or data-driven product teams.
• Experience with AI topics including prompting and quality assessment.
• Fluent in English.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX writing work.
• Advocate for users, craft of writing and elegant experiences.
• Write copy that is intuitive, futureproof and scalable.
• Savvy with experimentation and deriving insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise copy across online channels and experiences to impact business metrics.
• Coordinate with Language Specialists for translations with context.
• Use data to measure impact and iterate on copy.
• Collaborate with other UX Writers to align messaging across touchpoints.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategy through writing.
