Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX writing for e-commerce or data-driven products.
• Experience with AI topics, prompting and quality assessment.
• Native English speaker.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX writing work.
• User-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise messaging across online channels and end-to-end experiences.
• Coordinate with language specialists for translations with context.
• Use qualitative/quantitative data to measure impact and drive iterations.
• Collaborate with UX Writers to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
• Work with PMs, UX Writers, Designers, Researchers and Developers to execute strategy.
