Job summary

Randstad Enterprise seeks a UX Writer / Content Designer to scale the core app experience within the Digital Marketplace. You will convert complex product flows into intuitive interface microcopy and partner with Localization to optimize AI-assisted localization for new markets.

You will own end-to-end copy for onboarding, forms, and notifications, develop governance for tone and accessibility, and help establish QA processes to maintain UX integrity across platforms.

Qualifications

• Native-level English with flawless written and verbal communication.
• 8+ years of experience as UX Writer, Content Designer, or Product Copywriter on digital products, SaaS tools, or marketplaces.
• Proven ability to work with product, engineering, and design teams.
• Experience with AI copywriting tools, prompt engineering, and multilingual content workflows.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End microcopy delivery for onboarding flows, conversion funnels, forms, and notifications.
• Brand & tone governance to ensure accessibility and high usability across digital surfaces.
• Establish content QA processes and refine brand guidelines around UX copy and experience.
• Collaborate on AI-assisted localization workflows to support new market launches.
