We seek a senior- level candidate with 8+ years in UX writing or content design for digital products and SaaS, who collaborates closely with product, engineering, and design teams, and can lead AI-assisted localization efforts.

Qualifications

• Native-level English with deep empathy for microcopy nuances and user experience.
• 7–10+ years of UX Writer/Content Designer/Copywriter experience on digital products, SaaS tools, or marketplaces.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and UX design squads using Figma and Miro.
• Experience with AI copywriting tools, prompt engineering, and multilingual content architectures.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Microcopy Delivery for app and web interfaces, including onboarding flows, forms, and notifications.
• AI-Assisted Localization Workflows to establish an interim translation workflow for new markets.
• Brand & Tone Governance to scale voice consistency and accessibility across surfaces.
• Quality Assurance Setup for translated assets to maintain UX across languages.
