Dott is seeking a Trust & Safety Lead to oversee a small in-house team focused on protecting riders, partners, and the business. You will balance day-to-day operations with a long-term safety vision, collaborating with Legal, Ops, Data, and Tech to strengthen processes and tooling.

You will be the primary escalation point for urgent cases, manage insurance and DSAR workflows, and drive metrics and SLAs to reduce risk and protect our users across Europe and the Middle East.

Formación

• Experience leading a trust & safety, incident management, claims, compliance, or operations team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Trust & Safety team, setting priorities and growth paths.
• Serve as the first escalation point for urgent and high-impact cases with sensitivity and speed.
• Build and own operational metrics, processes, and workflows to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee insurance and claims management with brokers and partners, processing claims and reducing liability.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and timely handling of DSARs within legal deadlines.
• Collaborate with Legal, Ops, Public Policy, Data, and Tech to improve tooling and automation.
• Represent Trust & Safety risk to leadership and stakeholders.
