Job summary

EverAI Limited invites a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety delivery across our platforms. You will translate safety policies into product features, collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Support, and help shape the safety product function as the company scales.

You will navigate sensitive content while protecting users and enabling legitimate expression. You’ll work directly with our CTO and Legal & Safety Lead, owning initiatives from definition through rollout

Qualifications

• Ability to define and track metrics reflecting safety and legal standards.
• Experience with content moderation and AI guardrails.
• Experience with trust and safety/compliance in consumer products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and fluent English.
• Comfort with AI tools and rapid experimentation.
• Experience managing third‑party tool integrations.
• Ability to own initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Comfort building products around uncensored content.

Responsibilities

• Translate safety policies and legal requirements into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Own the product side of improvements to in-house moderation technologies (EverGuard).
• Lead end-to-end third‑party safety partnerships and integrations.
• Establish safety dashboards and QA processes to monitor performance.
• Own testing, including red-teaming and adversarial evaluation of safeguards.
• Run trust & safety reviews for new features and model/feature changes.
• Coordinate incident response with incident management and support teams.
