Qualifikationen

• Minimum MBO level 4 or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
• Fluent in Swedish/Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with complex computer systems.
• Team player with an international mindset.
• Flexible, service-oriented, and proactive attitude.

Aufgaben

• Assist passengers via phone with questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs.
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries.
• Handle special requests and complex cases with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
• Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously develop product knowledge through training and cross-skilling.
