Job summary

Cygnific B.V., a proud subsidiary of KLM, is looking for a customer service agent to assist passengers by phone on bookings, flights, luggage and special requests. You will join an international team, learning our reservation and CRM systems during a paid training period at the office.

The role includes a seven-month contract with long-term collaboration potential, hybrid working (at least two days from home), generous vacation days, a language allowance, and travel-related perks after one year

Qualifications

• You have at least a level 4 MBO degree or equivalent.
• Experience in call centers or customer service is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian.
• You understand how complex computer systems work.
• You have a passion for travel and teamwork with an international mindset.
• You are flexible, service-oriented, and have a sense of humor.
