Job summary

Cygnific B.V. in Amsterdam, part of KLM, is hiring as a travel troubleshooter. You assist travel agencies on the phone with bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and our Flying Blue program, aiming to exceed passenger expectations.

Onboarding includes paid training up to 10 weeks at the office, full-time availability during training, and later cross-training across products. The role offers a hybrid workplace with diverse, international teamwork and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 4 MBO education or equivalent.
• Experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Ability to navigate complex reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Help travel agencies by phone with bookings, flights, and luggage.
• Provide quick, practical solutions to customer questions.
• Work with reservations and CRM systems and cross-train across departments.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and international mindset.
