Job summary

Cygnific, a KLM subsidiary based in Amsterdam, is hiring a customer service representative to support passengers by phone with bookings, luggage, upgrades and special requests. You will start with an 8-week paid training full-time and continue to develop through cross-training across products.

The role offers a seven-month contract with a long-term perspective, 25 vacation days, a € 2,646.75 gross monthly salary, and hybrid working with at least two days from home per week.

Qualifications

• You have at least a HAVO or MBO 4 diploma.
• Preferably experience in a call center or customer service.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers on the phone with bookings, flights, luggage and upgrades.
• Provide solutions and aim to exceed passenger expectations.
• Participate in cross-training across multiple products.
