Salesrecruiters represents a client seeking a Global Business Development Manager for Timber Solutions. The role focuses on accelerating growth in timber construction with an emphasis on partnerships, market creation and ecosystem growth across Europe, expanding into global markets over time.

The role reports to the CRO, collaborates with directors and product teams, and offers significant autonomy, executive exposure, and a hybrid work arrangement in a highly international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development and growing revenue.
• Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for Timber Solutions across EMEA.
• Create qualified sales opportunities and accelerate pipeline generation.
• Build strategic partnerships across the timber construction ecosystem.
• Identify new routes-to-market and commercial growth opportunities.
• Connect stakeholders throughout the construction supply chain.
• Work with regional sales teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Provide market insights and feedback to Product Management and Leadership.
