Job summary

You will provide second-line support across hardware, software, infrastructure and workplace technology, manage onboarding/offboarding, configure devices, support AV and video conferencing, handle service requests, and maintain

Qualifications

• 12–24 months in IT support (1st/2nd line).
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems in a professional environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and customer service skills.
• Well-organised with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• ITIL Foundation, Microsoft certifications, or CompTIA qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience supporting AV and video conferencing technologies is beneficial.
• Must have the legal right to work and reside in the EU/Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line technical support and resolve incidents from Helpdesk.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, Microsoft 365, and Windows issues.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account and device provisioning.
• Configure, deploy, maintain and replace desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support meeting room technology, video conferencing and AV equipment.
• Process service requests including software installations and licence assignments.
• Maintain asset records and ITSM documentation.
• Monitor tickets against SLA targets and ITIL practices.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist teams with clear docs.
• Create troubleshooting guides and support documentation.
