Job summary

AVASO Technology Solutions in The Hague, Netherlands is seeking an experienced EUC L2 Support to join our Site Technology Servicing team. You will provide end-user IT support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain SLA targets in a dynamic, global environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of enterprise IT support, strong Windows and Office 365 skills, experience with ServiceNow, and English proficiency (Dutch a plus).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support within a corporate enterprise environment.
• Experience with Windows 7/10 and remote access.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, and basic network services.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite EUC/L2 end-user IT support at the site.
• Manage desktop/laptop provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and asset handling.
• Support IP phones, video conferencing, printers, and enterprise apps (Office).
• Coordinate with backend for network/server support and vendor engagements.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets and maintain SOPs/Runbooks.
