Job summary

The International School of The Hague (ISH) is seeking an IT Support & AV Technician to join our ICT team. In this full-time role, you will provide daily technical support for Apple and Windows devices, manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 access, and handle live event AV setups.

You will work closely with the IT Manager, ensure privacy compliance, contribute to school projects, and enjoy generous holiday and pension benefits.

Qualifications

Hands-on IT support experience with Apple and Windows environments.
Experience in setting up and operating AV equipment for events.
Familiarity with Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and configure Apple devices (MacBooks/iPads/Apple TVs) and Windows desktops.
Set up and manage AV equipment for assemblies, presentations and events.
Support teachers, students and staff with cloud tools and devices.
Log tickets, analyse recurring issues and help improve network guidelines.
Collaborate with IT Manager and external network partners.
