Job summary

Us3 Consulting in the Netherlands is seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer who speaks Dutch and English to provide hands-on support across desktop, hardware, software and workplace technologies. This entry-level role requires 1 year of experience or promising graduates and involves 3–4 days onsite travel between client locations in Eindhoven and Amersfoort.

You will handle Windows desktop support, OS deployment, software installation, AD/Group Policy basics, Office, iOS devices, and basic network

Qualifications

• Dutch and English language proficiency.
• Basic Windows desktop support experience.
• OS installation and software troubleshooting.
• Hardware support for laptops, desktops, printers and telephony.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email clients.
• Basic troubleshooting of iPads and iPhones.
• Basic network troubleshooting.
• Basic Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge.
• Experience with OS/data backup and restore.
• Willingness to travel between client locations (Eindhoven & Amersfoort).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical support across desktop, hardware, software and workplace technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for end users onsite or remotely as needed.
• Assist with OS deployment, software installation and configurations.
• Support AD and Group Policy related tasks at client sites.
• Coordinate travel to multiple client locations and maintain equipment readiness.

Working pattern: 3–4 days onsite

Level: Junior (1 years experience or promising graduates will be considered)

We are looking for Dutch & English-speaking Junior IT Support Engineers to provide hands‑on technical support across desktop, hardware, software and workplace technologies.

• Dutch and English language proficiency
• Basic experience with Windows desktop support and current Windows operating systems
• OS installation/deployment, software installation and troubleshooting
• Hardware support for laptops, desktops, printers and telephony equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email clients
• Basic troubleshooting of iPads, iPhones and smartphones
• Basic network troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies
• Experience with backup and restore of OS/data
• Ability to work onsite 3–4 days per week
• Full driving capability and willingness to travel between client locations, including longer-distance travel (Eindhoven & Amersfoort)
