Job summary

AlphaESS Europe in Eindhoven is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support customers during initial installations and maintenance, both online and on-site. You will train dealers and installers, test equipment, and troubleshoot operational problems while gathering user feedback to improve products.

The role requires good communication, multilingual English/Dutch/Chinese is a plus, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally completed vocational training in the electrotechnical field.
• Excellent listening, reading and writing skills in English, Dutch and Chinese are a plus.
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Basic computer skills in all common applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical training for dealers and installers.
