Job summary

Profiltra, an international technical environment, seeks a Technical Sales Manager for the south and central Netherlands. You will manage existing customers and convert new market opportunities, translating technical needs into practical piping solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial B2B sales, strong Dutch/English communication, and an affinity for technology. The role includes on-site project involvement and collaboration with Wear and Insulation Solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in industry; piping technology experience preferred.
• Professional sales personality with advisory and negotiation skills.
• Affinity with technology and comfort working in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships, identifying market opportunities and developing new business.
• Advise customers and translate their technical wishes into solutions using compensators and piping systems; ensure optimal service.
• During onboarding, receive targeted product training on compensators and piping technology and communicate technical possibilities.
• Be on site for project preparation or start-up; collaborate with internal teams to ensure project efficiency.
• Collaborate with Wear and Insulation Solutions to maximize cross-selling opportunities and relieve the customer where possible.
