Angst+Pfister is seeking a results-driven Head of Sales Sealing Technology to lead growth in the Netherlands. You will drive strategy, expand market share, and win strategic projects with major industrial customers.

You will lead a high-performance sales team, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and build long-term partnerships through site visits, technical workshops, and value‑driven presentations.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Business with a technical focus and/or Master's in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience within industrial markets.
• Proven track record of building and growing profitable businesses in a dynamic environment.
• Experience within the sealing industry and solid knowledge of the Dutch market.
• Demonstrated success in winning complex projects and developing long-term strategic customer relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with willingness to travel regularly across the Netherlands.

• Drive growth of the Sealing Technology business in the Netherlands by securing key projects and expanding market share.
• Lead the commercial development of the business, driving sustainable growth, increasing order intake, and delivering ambitious sales targets.
• Win new customers and strategic projects within key industrial segments while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
• Build strong partnerships with senior decision-makers through customer visits, technical workshops, and value-driven solution presentations.
• Develop tailored customer solutions by combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of customer requirements and applications.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, creating a high-performance culture focused on customer success and business growth.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and operations teams to maximise customer value and successfully execute growth initiatives.
