Job summary

Chroma ATE Europe B.V. is seeking a Junior Technical Account Manager to join our international sales team.

You will receive hands-on training and build strong relationships with key European accounts, translating customer needs into tailored technical and commercial solutions using Chroma products. You will visit clients, support applications, deliver product presentations and training, and collaborate with technical specialists and sales colleagues to drive growth in a dynamic, multilingual

Qualifications

Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Based in the Netherlands and legally authorised to work.

Responsibilities

Respond to technical and commercial customer inquiries.
Process and maintain customer information in CRM and Sales Management Systems.
Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations.
Provide regular internal reporting and forecasting within your sales region.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, training sessions, and exhibitions with the assistance of your colleagues.
Provide technical advice and application support to customers.
Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up internally and with third parties.
Willingness to travel to clients.
