Job summary

Da Vinci Laboratory Solution BV is seeking an independent, communicative Account Manager to manage and expand our international distributor network. You will travel within and outside Europe, visiting customers in the Netherlands while promoting chromatography systems, services, training, and custom solutions.

You will identify market needs, visit laboratories and trade fairs, and work closely with service, application specialists, and marketing to deliver tailored technical and commercial

Qualifications

• At least HBO degree, preferably in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a technological field.
• At least three years of experience in a laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of the Energy & Chemical market; willingness to travel internationally.

Who are we looking for?

An important part of your role is maintaining, supporting, and managing our distributors worldwide. To do this, you travel both within and outside Europe, and also visit customers in the Netherlands.

You manage, advise on, and expand international distributors and customer relationships, while actively promoting our solutions – such as chromatography systems (GC, GC MS, LC), services, training, maintenance, and custom solutions.

In addition, you identify market needs and translate them into appropriate technical and commercial solutions. You visit laboratories and trade fairs domestically and abroad and work closely with internal departments such as service, application specialists, and marketing.

What are you bringing?

We are looking for an independent and communicative account manager who thrives on client contact and international collaboration. You are analytical, results-oriented, and know how to build relationships naturally.

Furthermore, you have:

• At least a higher professional education (HBO) degree, preferably in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a technological field;
• At least three years of experience in a laboratory environment;
• Knowledge of the Energy & Chemical market;
• Experience with chromatography systems (GC, GC‑MS, LC);
• A good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• Driving license B and the willingness to travel internationally.

Do you have commercial experience and have you worked as a Laboratory Technician, Analyst, Chemist, Consultant, or in a similar role? Then you are a perfect fit. Do you lack sales experience? We would be happy to teach you that.

What do we offer?

This position offers a dynamic role with an attractive and competitive salary between €3,115 and €5,590 gross per month (based on full-time employment), supplemented by excellent fringe benefits such as a lease car, laptop, mobile phone, a fixed bonus of 4%, and a profit‑sharing bonus. Additionally, you will receive 8.25% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days plus 1 to 2 extra days, and benefit from a fully premium‑free pension.
