Job summary

Trengo is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to dive into the technical workings of our platform and keep things running smoothly for customers and internal teams. You’ll be the go‑to person for complex issues, working closely with Engineering, Customer Success and Customer Support.

You’ll use AI tooling daily, including our internal AI agent with direct product code access, to investigate and resolve issues faster and more independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical issues.
• Comfort with APIs, web technologies, and modern SaaS products.
• Interest in AI tooling and using it to work faster and smarter.
• Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical teammates.
• Take ownership and see issues through from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues escalated by Customer Support or Customer Success.
• Use AI tooling daily, including our internal AI agent with product code access and Langsmith, to speed up root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to report bugs and improve the platform.
• Own Linear tickets end-to-end with clear communication and thorough documentation.
• Contribute to and maintain the AI-powered knowledge base with accurate content.
• Follow playbooks to support resilience during busier periods.
