Job summary

Trengo is a fast-growing Dutch scale-up redefining customer engagement with its AI-powered platform. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll help customers extract measurable value, drive adoption, and turn it into retention and growth across a diverse portfolio.

You’ll own relationships, track health signals, and collaborate with product and onboarding teams to shape success strategies while enjoying a hybrid work setup in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Results-driven with ability to own targets and drive growth.
• Curiosity for AI and ability to discuss AI tools with customers.
• Data-driven with ability to read health signals and usage metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customers and achieve targets for retention, adoption, and expansion.
• Drive AI adoption at scale: AI Agent, AI Journeys, automation for measurable impact.
• Spot and close expansion opportunities, including extra seats and new use-cases.
• Turn usage data into business reviews and defined next steps for growth.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Solution Consultancy, and Product to ensure customer success.
