Job summary

Trengo, a Dutch SaaS scale-up, is seeking a Digital-First Success professional to bridge relationship management, data-driven marketing and tech enthusiasm in a newly created hybrid role.

You will move toward scalable, tech-driven engagement using data triggers and AI activation strategies to keep customers healthy and engaged at scale, while owning a portfolio and collaborating with teams to drive growth. Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment (≈1 year) is preferred.

Qualifications

• About 1 year of professional experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical affinity and comfort with automations and AI workflows.
• Willingness to engage in meetings when a personal touch is needed.

Responsibilities

• Scalable Activation: design and execute outreach programs, in-app notifications, and webinars to drive product activation across your portfolio.
• AI Champion: develop scalable ways for customers to adopt and see value from AI-driven features.
• Data-Driven Strategy: use data triggers and CRM automations to identify who needs a nudge and who is ready for expansion.
• Proactive Engagement: communicate proactively and jump into meetings when a personal touch is required to drive growth.
• Portfolio Management: own a segment of the business to enable high-touch focus while expanding reach.
