Trengo is seeking a Digital-First Success professional to join our Utrecht-based, hybrid team. You will bridge relationship management, data-driven marketing, and tech enthusiasm to co-create proactive, tech-first customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Approximately one year of professional experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• High degree of technical affinity with automations and AI to optimize workflows.
• Business proficiency in Dutch and English for internal collaboration and market support.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable advice.
• Self-starter mindset focused on efficient, automated problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable activation programs, in-app notifications, and webinars.
• Serve as AI champion to help customers adopt and realize value from AI features.
• Use data triggers and CRM automations to identify engagement and expansion opportunities.
• Engage proactively with customers, balancing digital outreach with personal touch when needed.
• Own a portfolio segment, enabling high-touch and broad, one-to-many success.
