NLO IPSILON is looking for a Team Manager Central Formalities to lead a 10+ person team, ensuring timely, efficient and compliant work across Operations, IT and Business Units. You will drive quality, collaboration and continuous improvement while shaping processes and capacity planning.
The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree and proven leadership in a complex operational environment, with strong process management, change management and stakeholder skills.
As Team Manager Central Formalities, you are responsible for the timeliness, efficiency, and quality of work processes, as well as the Central Formalities team that delivers them. You lead a team of 10+ professionals and ensure that work is carried out efficiently, on time, and in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the department, monitoring progress and ensuring optimal staffing levels. You coach and develop employees while creating a working environment where ownership, collaboration, and continuous development are key.
In addition, you play an important role in optimising processes. You identify bottlenecks, translate them into concrete improvement actions, and work closely with colleagues across Operations, IT, and the various Business Units to further professionalize processes and systems.
You are responsible for documenting, monitoring, and improving work processes and controls. You ensure that procedures, work instructions, and knowledge remain up to date and that laws and regulations are correctly applied within the department.
You also contribute to strategic and operational projects, support change initiatives, and work together with the Manager Operations to determine the required capacity and allocation of resources for projects and specialist roles within the organisation.
