Job summary

AB Midden Nederland in the Netherlands is seeking a Team Leader / Working Foreman to lead a small team of 5–6 and work hands-on in the fish smoking and processing department. You will report to the Production Manager and ensure daily production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to quality standards in a humid environment with a 06:00–15:00 shift.

Ready to take the next step in your production career? Lead a small team of 5–6 employees, work hands-on alongside them, and earn €18.31–€21.14 gross per hour, with the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Production Manager position.

This is what you will do

As a Team Leader / Working Foreman, you will lead a team of 5–6 employees in the fish smoking and processing department while actively participating in daily production yourself. You will report directly to the Production Manager and ensure that the daily production schedule is achieved safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The working environment is humid, with a temperature below 15°C. Standard working hours are 06:00–15:00, with scheduled breaks throughout the day. During busy periods, overtime may occur, averaging approximately 2–3 additional hours per day. The salary ranges from €18.31 to €21.14 gross per hour, depending on experience and skills. This position also offers the opportunity to develop further and progress to Assistant Production Manager.
