Job summary

AB Midden Nederland in the Netherlands is seeking a Team Leader / Working Foreman to lead a small team of 5–6 and work hands-on in the fish smoking and processing department. You will report to the Production Manager and ensure daily production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to quality standards in a humid environment with a 06:00–15:00 shift.

Qualifications

• Good command of Dutch and English – mandatory.
• Experience leading or coordinating employees in a production environment.
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the team.
• Experience in fish or food processing is an advantage.
• Forklift certificate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a production team of 5–6 employees.
• Monitor daily planning, productivity, and production targets.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements.
