Job summary

Luba in Zaandam zoekt een werkend toezichthouder productie voor een lange termijn, met kans op vast dienstverband. Je werkt fulltime in ploegen (37,5 uur) en ontvangt een ploegentoeslag. Je combineert teamleiderschap met hands-on werkzaamheden op de lijn.

-start van de dag met overdracht, machinezetten, kwaliteitscontrole en uitvoering van inspecties. Je lost kleine storingen op en schakelt technische support in bij grotere issues.

Qualifications

• MBO-niveau (werk- en denkniveau)
• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving
• Ervaring met leidinggeven of initiatief nemen op de werkvloer
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
• Georganiseerde, nauwkeurige en verantwoordelijke werkhouding

Responsibilities

• Begin van de dag met een korte overdracht en taaktoewijzing binnen het team
• Machines opzetten en productkwaliteit controleren
• Zorgen voor productie volgens planning en signaleren/ oplossen van afwijkingen
• Uitvoeren van inspecties en inbreng van technische ondersteuning bij grotere storingen
• Tijdens de dienst overzicht houden, collega's ondersteunen en samenwerken met andere afdelingen
• Zorg dragen voor een veilige, schone en efficiënte werkplek

Over de vacature:

As a working supervisor production, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the production line every day. You will work full-time (37.5 hours per week) in shifts and receive a shift allowance. In this varied role, you combine leading the team with working hands-on on the line. There is plenty of room for you to develop further and grow within the organization. The position is for the long term with the prospect of a permanent contract.

You start your working day with a brief handover and assign tasks within the team. You set up machines, check the quality of products, and ensure production runs according to schedule. You perform inspections, solve minor malfunctions, and call in technical support for larger technical issues. During your shift, you keep an overview, support your colleagues, and work closely with other departments. Together, you make sure everything runs safely, cleanly, and efficiently.

Wat wij vragen:

• mbo (secondary vocational) working and thinking level
• At least 1 year of experience in a production environment
• Experience in leading colleagues or taking initiative on the work floor
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Structured, accurate, and responsible work attitude

• Salary between €17.11 and €18.95 gross per hour
• 12% shift allowance
• 8.33% 13th month bonus on every hour worked
