Job summary

Durabel Recruitment B.V. in Horst is seeking an Operator / Assistant Working Foreman to join a production team. You will operate and adjust machines, support colleagues, and help supervise operations with an eye toward advancement into leadership.

The role requires MBO level 3/4, production experience (food production a plus), and strong initiative. Dutch and/or English language skills are essential; a competitive salary and extensive benefits accompany the position.

Responsibilities

Are you ready for more responsibility than just operating machines? For a client in Horst, we are looking for an Operator / Assistant Working Foreman. In this position, you actively participate in the production process while also taking on additional responsibilities within the team. You maintain oversight, support colleagues, and assist with supervising operations when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role within production.

What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary between €2,941 and €3,500 depending on experience;
• 12% shift allowance;
• 25 vacation days;
• 9.5 ADV days;
• Working hours in 2 shifts: 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM and 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• 4.5% end-of-year bonus;
• Travel allowance of €0.40 per kilometer (10 – 30 km);
