The role involves adjusting settings, registering production data, and coordinating with Logistics on material flow. You will work about 38 hours per week in a two-shift system (05:45 and 13:45), with a base wage of €14.99–€15.33 per hour plus a 19% shift allowance—totaling roughly €17.84–€18.24 per hour gross.
Do you have production experience and a technical mindset? Become responsible for your own production line, earn €14.99-€15.33 gross per hour + 19% shift allowance - approximately €17.84-€18.24 gross per hour including the shift allowance - and develop your skills as a Machine Operator.
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for running and monitoring your own production line. Previous experience as a Machine Operator is an advantage, but not mandatory. If you already have production experience, feel comfortable around machines, have technical insight, and are motivated to learn, the company can train you to operate the production line independently.
