Introduction

Would you like to learn the profession of operator in a modern, safe and dynamic production environment? As a Junior Operator you get the chance to learn the trade step by step from experienced colleagues. You have the motivation, we provide the knowledge and guidance. This way you will grow into a full‑fledged operator in a short period of time.

Organization

You will be working at a large and stable food manufacturer in Best. From various locations in the Netherlands, this company supplies products to millions of families every day. The working atmosphere is down‑to‑earth and collegial, with a strong focus on safety, quality and growth. Function

In this role, you will learn how production lines work from start to finish. You will support in setting up, operating and keeping the machines clean, and assist in performing quality checks. During your training, you will learn to recognize and fix minor malfunctions, work with production data, and discover how to keep the line running safely and efficiently. You will work with experienced operators who will guide you through every step of your learning process.

Job Requirements

• Interest in engineering and motivation to learn the trade.
• Accurate, eager to learn and practical minded.
• Good command of the Dutch language (or willing to learn it quickly); English is a plus.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts Monday through Saturday (Saturdays by mutual agreement).
• Experience in manufacturing or food sector is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.

• A starting salary of €16.12 per hour, with clear advancement steps up to €17.26 per hour within 1.5 years (based on 38 hours, excluding allowances).
