Job summary

Lanza Jobs in the Venlo area is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide and support the production team, ensuring daily processes run safely and efficiently. You will oversee the link between the floor and the wider organization, driving quality, safety and productivity.

You will lead and motivate employees, coordinate daily activities, and monitor planning while maintaining a hands-on, practical approach in a dynamic food-industry setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or coordinating production role.
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A practical, hands-on approach.
• Ability to guide and motivate employees.
• A structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good organizational skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Fluent English at a minimum B1 level.
• Polish is required.
• Dutch is an advantage.

Are you a natural leader with experience in a production environment? For a company in the Venlo area, we are looking for a Production Team Leader to help manage and support the production team.

In this role, you will be closely involved in the daily production process. You will guide employees, keep an eye on quality and safety, and help ensure that production runs efficiently and according to plan.
