Job summary

Lanza Jobs in the Venlo area is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to supervise and motivate the production team in a fast-paced food environment. You will ensure targets are met while upholding quality, safety and hygiene standards and work on improving daily processes.

The role offers a full-time position, a gross hourly wage of €17.80, a 2-shift system, travel allowance, and room for personal and professional development within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role within production.
• Food industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system; English level at least B1.
• Polish language is a plus, Dutch is a plus.
