Job summary

Wiertz Company in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced production team leader to guide a 75–100-strong team in a fast-paced, cold production setting (around 4°C). You will coach on the shop floor, ensure smooth production, and monitor quality, productivity and food safety to meet daily targets.
