Novotel Amsterdam City is seeking a Team Leader Events Sales to drive Convention Centre bookings and related room reservations. You will lead a ten-person reservations team and collaborate with the Commercial Manager to grow the MICE business.

You’re a proactive organizer who thrives in a dynamic hotel environment, guiding daily activities and proposing workflow improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel.
• Knowledge of automated systems used in hotel sales.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reservations team handling individual and group bookings for MICE.
• Provide information, prepare quotations, and process booking data.
• Support colleagues, optimize workflows, and contribute to team growth.
