Job summary

Novotel Amsterdam City in Amsterdam is seeking a Team Leader Event Sales to guide the back-office reservations team for MICE and room bookings. You will manage a small team and ensure high service standards in a dynamic hotel environment.

You’ll lead quotations, bookings, and client follow-ups, while contributing ideas to improve workflows and team development. Excellent English is required.

Qualifications

• You have completed at least an MBO level 4 education and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable hotel.
• You have knowledge of automated systems.
• You have an excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• The team handles all incoming reservations for individuals and groups.
• They prepare quotations, process booking data, and coordinate handovers to operations.
• You support colleagues, keep an overview, and help the team grow and improve workflows.
