JDE Peet's is seeking a Talent Management Coordinator to support our Talent Management function for the Netherlands and IHQ, both located in the Netherlands. You will contribute to an exceptional associate experience across Talent processes and initiatives, helping growth ambitions of the function.

You will coordinate onboarding programs, support talent projects and processes (Performance, Trainings, Engagement), assist the Learning system, and extract KPI reports from various systems to keep

Qualifications

• Experience with Talent Management and project management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and talent management systems.
• University degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Supports talent projects and processes (Performance, Trainings, Engagement).
• Manages onboarding programs for NL and IHQ including coordination with presenters and participants.
• Supports the Learning system and learning initiatives; co-organizes on-site and online events.
• Extracts reports and monitors KPIs from multiple systems as requested.
