Job summary

JDE Peet's in Utrecht is offering a Talent Management Intern position starting January/February 2026. You will support learning & development, performance management and engagement projects while gaining HR project management experience.

The role includes coordinating onboarding, managing learning tools, and contributing ideas on employability and engagement. Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 1 day from home, plus a monthly allowance of €525.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (BSc or MSc) during the internship.
• Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with learning systems or organizing trainings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and rollout of tools, materials, and communications for Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Engagement.
• Plan and organize trainings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding program for new employees.
• Provide administrative support and manage L&D mailbox.
• Maintain and improve digital learning solutions and learning systems.
• Contribute ideas on employability, engagement and performance initiatives.
