Job summary

JDE Peet's in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced R&D Employee & Leadership Support professional to streamline processes, data and reporting. You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding for R&D staff and support Leadership Team activities.

You will own resource planning data, ensure timely reporting, and help maintain dashboards and knowledge management tools, working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power BI, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; background in business operations, PMO, portfolio management or a support function is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, accountable and able to own tasks and deadlines.
• Strong data-quality mindset with interest in reporting and analytics.
• Able to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for R&D employees and leadership.
• Support R&D Leadership Team activities and events.
• Own and improve the resource-planning and time-writing database and related reporting.
• Maintain and improve dashboards, knowledge management tools and data quality.
