Job summary

JDE Peet's NL is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with our NL business, spanning B2B/O OH and Retail. You report to the HR Director Northern Europe and shape culture, people ambition and employee experience across the NL organization.

You will co-create HR strategy, lead the NL HR business partnering team (2 FTE), and drive engagement, revitalizing organizational design and resourcing strategies while collaborating across the management team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in international settings.
• Experience in FMCG/B2B or retail is preferred.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and implement HR strategy for NL aligned with HR NE Strategy.
• Partner with sales director NL; coach teams on engagement, design, and resourcing.
• Lead the HR NL business partnering team (2 FTE) and drive people development.

JDE Peet's is looking for an experienced HR Manager - The Netherlands to join the HR Team and partner with our NL business, which includes a B2B/ Out of Home unit and a Retail unit. You will report to the HR Director Northern Europe and have a dotted line to the sales director for NL OOH & Retail. As a member of the OOH Management Team, you will be central to shaping our culture and delivering on our people ambitions.

In this hands-on role you will help plan and execute the NL business and HR plans, own the full employee experience - from:

• Co-create and implement HR Strategy for JDEP NL according to the HR NE Strategy (HR Programs, processes, tools and models);
• Being the sparring partner of the sales director NL; providing business partnering and coaching in driving teams' engagement, talent development, organisational design and resourcing strategies; creating a High Performing Team culture and challenging other MT members where necessary; (co)responsible for keeping a healthy and happy workforce through proactive wellbeing initiatives and employee support.
• Leading the HR NL business partnering team (2 FTE); exhibiting a strong focus on people development, consistently improving capabilities and engagement in the direct team;
• Developing and implementing a strong communication and engagement program (particularly for the field-based teams) to build a culture of pride and performance, feedback and solid leadership;
• Leading the design and implementation of various local and/or functional change projects (including liaison with works council and unions) and ensuring they are appropriately resourced, structured and governed;
• Pro-actively participation in the HR NE community: contributing to the divisional people agenda, sharing best practice and continuously looking for opportunities to build on Northern Europe way of working

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with at least 7 years of solid HR experience, preferably including people management experience, ideally from international FMCG, B2B or Retail, who thrives in a matrix organization and can influence senior stakeholders.

You have a results-focused, can-do attitude, are comfortable navigating change, and bring the flexibility and resilience needed to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Occasional business travel is required. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
