Job summary

ALTEN in Eindhoven seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive high-impact client projects across sectors. You will screen candidates, conduct initial calls, and maintain a robust ATS pipeline, partnering with managers to define roles and ideal profiles.

Requirements include a BA/BS in psychology or HR, 1–2 years in recruiting (tech preferred), and excellent communication. English is essential; Dutch is a plus. Hybrid option, with a net-expense allowance and pension support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably technical recruitment.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and review candidates to assess qualifications.
• Conduct initial screening calls and schedule follow-ups with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipeline using an ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and ideal candidates.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Represent the company at job fairs and events.
