Job summary

ALTEN in Eindhoven seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive high-impact client projects across sectors. You will screen candidates, conduct initial calls, and maintain a robust ATS pipeline, partnering with managers to define roles and ideal profiles.

Requirements include a BA/BS in psychology or HR, 1–2 years in recruiting (tech preferred), and excellent communication. English is essential; Dutch is a plus. Hybrid option, with a net-expense allowance and pension support.

As part of our growing team, we are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in Eindhoven and contribute to exciting, high-impact client projects across various industries.

Your main tasks will include:

• Screening and review candidates to evaluate if candidates meet the qualifications and requirements for open roles.
• Conducting initial screening calls to assess a candidate's experiences and scheduling follow-up meetings with hiring managers
• Maintaining the pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions using an ATS
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to define a role, its requirements and the ideal candidate
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
• Participating in job fairs and career events to promote the company and attract new talents

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in technical recruitment
• Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
• Positive mindset, proactive attitude, and eagerness to continuously learn and grow
• Fluent in English. Fluent in Dutch is a bonus
