WSP Netherlands is a leading engineering and consultancy firm that is growing rapidly. To support this growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who sees recruitment as a strategic profession, understands organisations, and makes a difference with conviction and expertise. In this role, you combine hands‑on recruitment with leadership, stakeholder management and international collaboration. The position is based in Beda and works with an experienced recruitment team.
You take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish. From the moment a vacancy is identified to the final offer, you manage every step of the hiring journey across the Netherlands. With a strong sense of urgency and precision, you ensure roles are filled efficiently and strategically, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR and Finance. You act as a trusted advisor, draw on market intelligence, data and your professional expertise to guide stakeholders, create clarity in a fast‑moving environment and implement pragmatic solutions. You continuously elevate recruitment performance by tracking key metrics, spotting trends and turning insights into action, while keeping a close eye on budgets. You strengthen the candidate journey and employer brand, ensuring every interaction is transparent, professional and engaging, and contribute to initiatives that position WSP as an employer of choice in the Dutch market. You also collaborate locally with the team and on international Talent Acquisition initiatives, supporting cross‑border projects, sharing best practices and contributing to process enhancements with the Head of TA – Central Europe.
