Job description

Internship – Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Be ready to make an impact from day one! What stood out most during my internship was how much ownership I was trusted with. I wasn't just there to observe. I was encouraged to take initiative, share ideas, and contribute to projects that made a real difference. It was incredibly rewarding to see my work have an impact while learning along the way. The team was always supportive, happy to answer questions, and generous with their knowledge, which made it easy to grow and build confidence throughout the experience - Ryka (former TA intern)

The Internship

HEINEKEN is on a journey to become the best-connected brewer in the world. This ambition is supported by our Talent Acquisition Team in bringing in the best Talents for our organization.

In this internship you will be responsible for the following:

  • Working directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition, TA Leads and Talent Acquisition Business Partners on administration side around our candidate experience and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with our People Operations, Mobility, and People Teams, gaining hands‑on exposure to how HR functions work in a global organization
  • Support the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new intern hires, helping ensure a smooth, welcoming start to their journey
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on recruitment and onboarding initiatives
  • Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience, serving as a friendly and professional point of contact throughout the recruitment process
  • Handle sensitive employee and candidate information with care, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Support the planning and coordination of team events, strengthening engagement and collaboration
  • Supporting your team in coordinating and scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers, playing a key role in keeping the recruitment process running smoothly

During your internship, you’ll dive into the world of recruitment and onboarding; that means learning the ropes directly from experienced and supportive colleagues. You’ll have real opportunities to share your ideas, take initiative, and help us make our hiring process even better.

You’ll get to work with a diverse group of passionate professionals every day: people who care about what they do and enjoy working together. You'll have the chance to explore HEINEKEN beyond your own team and gain exposure to different parts of the business.

One of the unique things about the experience is that your internship is very much what you make of it. The projects and opportunities you'll be involved in often reflect what the team and organisation are focusing on at the time, giving you the chance to contribute where it matters most. You'll be encouraged to take ownership, bring fresh ideas to the table, and work with an entrepreneurial mindset, all while receiving the support and guidance you need along the way.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proactive approach and strong attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Genuine interest in connecting with others, communicating openly, and building positive relationships across teams

Even if you feel you don’t meet all the criteria, we encourage you to apply. An internship is the perfect opportunity to learn and grow!
