• At least two years of experience as a Sushi Chef.

• Preparing and presenting a variety of sushi.

• Ensuring consistent quality throughout service.
• Keeping your workspace clean and organised.
• Following all applicable hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Working closely with the kitchen team.
• Contributing ideas for new sushi creations and improvements.
