All4Chefs.com is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef for a small group of counters in Amsterdam. The role involves serving omakase at the counter, preparing nigiri, sashimi and seasonal Japanese dishes, and engaging guests with excellent hospitality.

Experience with omakase or counter service is preferred, and applicants must have excellent nigiri and fish-handling skills, with EU passport or permanent EU residence required (no visa sponsorship or housing).
