Jondani Downtown in Amsterdam is seeking a passionate sushi chef to join a youthful, enthusiastic team. You will lead the sushi station, crafting nigiri, sashimi, and innovative rolls with meticulous care and presentation.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of leadership experience, vocational training, and a certification in Social Hygiene, along with thorough knowledge of HACCP and allergen regulations.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• The sushi station is your domain, where you prepare the most delicious and beautifully crafted sushi and sashimi dishes.
• Contribute creatively with new and surprising ingredients while keeping an eye on the latest sushi trends both locally and internationally.
• Handle mise-en-place tasks, such as filleting fish.
• Monitor inventory to ensure the freshness and flavor of our products.
• Teach and mentor trainee chefs.
