Job summary

All4Chefs.com seeks a skilled Sushi Chef for its Amsterdam venue—a small group specializing in omakase and kappou counters. The role is full or part time, start as soon as possible, and you will work at the counter with guests.

Responsibilities include serving omakase at the counter, preparing nigiri, sashimi and seasonal Japanese dishes, handling fish, ageing and rice preparation, and engaging guests at the counter. EU eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as sushi chef, omakase or counter preferred.
• Excellent nigiri and fish-handling skills.
• EU passport or permanent EU residence required (no visa sponsorship or housing)

Responsibilities

• Serve omakase at the counter, rotating between the group's counters.
• Prepare nigiri, sashimi and seasonal Japanese dishes.
• Fish preparation, ageing and rice preparation.
• Speak with guests at the counter.
